What are Exosomes?

Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles with a diameter of about 30-150nm that are secreted by cells under specific stimulus conditions and are an important tool for intercellular communication. HOW IS EXOSOME INJECTION PROCEDURE WORK?

Advice. Prior to the procedure, a consultation with a doctor is mandatory. The doctor will examine the problem area, gather medical history, and recommend additional procedures to achieve the best possible result.

Carrying out the procedure. The CYNEFILL ExoDual injection procedure is similar to mesotherapy. The doctor injects the product into the skin at varying depths.

During the first procedure, exosomes are injected at a depth of 0.5 mm for an immediate moisturizing effect with hyaluronic acid.

On the second occasion, the drug is injected at a depth of 0.5-1.2 mm to provide a medium-to-long-term effect with CYNEFILL ExoDual.

The fourth and fifth procedures consist of mesotherapy at a depth of 1-2 mm, adjusted based on skin sensitivity.

Usage technique

Retrograde Linear Technique

The needle is positioned at a minimum angle (parallel to the skin) and inserted 2-3 mm deep into the dermis. Bevel of the needle is facing upwards; it goes all the way into the skin alongside a wrinkle or a fold.
The needle can be contoured, but it mustn’t be highly visible. The solution is injected whilst retracting the needle through exerting an even pressure on the syringe plunger. It is important to stop injecting before the full removal of the needle from the skin.

Micro Papule Technique

The needle is positioned at 30-45° angle and inserted with the bevel facing downward to the depth of 2 mm. As a result, product is distributed in the deeper layers of the dermis. The face micro-papule diameter is 2-3mm. This technique is used when treating patients with thick skin, for facial contours, cheeks, neck and decollate area correction. Injection is – 0,01-0,03 ml. The distance between the injection points is 1.0 to 2.5 cm.

Point by Point Injection Technique

Apply topical anesthetic cream on the target scalp area. After 30min, clean the applied cream then sterilize with alcohol swab. Inject the CYNEFILL® ExoDual into the target area with 30-32G.
